Our platform operates on a Results-as-a-Service (RaaS) model. Access to the platform analytics dashboard is governed by a separate client services agreement.

By submitting our "Talk to Our Team" contact form, you consent to DIAMETRICS.AI contacting you via the email address and/or phone number you provide to discuss our services. Specifically:

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the DIAMETRICS.AI website and platform — including text, graphics, logos, software architecture, AI models, and platform methodology — is the proprietary property of DIAMETRICS.AI and protected by copyright, trademark, and patent law. The DIAMETRICS.AI platform is Patent Pending and the name and logo are trademarked. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or reverse engineering is strictly prohibited.

6. Client Data, HIPAA & BAAs

Platform clients who provide healthcare claims data for analysis must execute a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) with DIAMETRICS.AI prior to data ingestion. All client data is processed in HIPAA-compliant infrastructure. DIAMETRICS.AI maintains strict data confidentiality and implements enterprise security controls including AES-256 encryption, TLS 1.2+, role-based access, and immutable audit logging.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The DIAMETRICS.AI website and any financial projections, analytics outputs, or risk models are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. While we strive for accuracy, DIAMETRICS.AI does not guarantee that analytics outputs will be error-free or that financial projections will match actual outcomes. Outputs are based on data provided and should be reviewed by qualified professionals.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, DIAMETRICS.AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the website, platform, or reliance on any analytics output. Our maximum aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amounts paid to us in the three months preceding the claim.
